If you just purchased an item, we will make sure it is sent within 24 hours.  Then please expect 2-3 working business days for the item to arrive at your location.  If you use UPS, it may take 3-7 business days.  If you have not received your item please Contact Us and we will make sure to check on it.  If it is lost, we will refund you and your payment amount and claim insurance.  If you have a international inquiry or shipping issue, we will handle that differently.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship via USPS EXPRESS PRIORITY MAIL.  This usually costs around $49 dollars.  We are not liable to pay any customs fees as this is your duty as a citizen of your specific country.  It is also your requirement to make arrangements and claim insurance if a item is lost or damaged.  We are happy to ship internationally, however you must be willing to take the risks associated.  We always include insurance on international shipments of smartphones and any item purchased on TechNak.com that is sent internationally to avoid the risk of loosing the product.

What if I have a problem with my order?
